Charlie
Charles Ronald Gilbert Northedge, "Charlie" was born in Jersey in 1986. From a young age he was always interested in music and was drawn towards the guitar, his idol Jimi Hendrix was a particular draw of inspiration for Charlie. Charlie attended the Academy of Contemporary
Music in Guildford where he completed a Diploma in guitar. He was then awarded a scholarship to go to musicians institute in Hollywood, California where he went on to complete a GIT &GAA Associates degree.
While studying at music college Charlie was fortunate enough to learn from some of the worlds greatest players such as Paul Gilbert, Robben Ford, George Lynch and many more.
Charlie has since gained valuable knowledge recording and working as a session player for a list of current artists and has performed at venues and festivals in the USA, Europe and the Channel Islands.
He formed Roodmood in 2012 which started to gain popularity fast around Jersey. With the arrival of new lead singer Hannah the band felt complete.
